Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Jamaica. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Jamaica
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Express Shipping: Within 72 hours
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the best possible service, including but not limited to Knutsford Express, Zipmail, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services.

Damages and Missing Items
Dejavu Electric is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package to the correct address.
